Cancellation Policy

Preparation begins prior to your appointment, selecting your to “mini collection” based off your interview form completed during booking. When a client cancels the day of the appointment, it does not allow us enough time to place another client into that time slot. Please be respectful of our time and properly cancel your appointment if you can not make it.
